The C8 Litigation Continues for DuPont and Claimants

The C8 litigation is continuing into possible trial #3, and outcome #4.  The results to date – and the trials ahead – are summarized in a May 31, 2016 article from the Columbus Post-Dispatch.  According to the article, 2017 will be a busy year for the C8 litigants, unless the cases settle:

“Beginning in April 2017, the approximately 260 cancer suits will be tried next, 40 over a 10-month period each year. Sargus is recruiting judges from within and outside the southern district of Ohio to try the cases in federal courthouses in Columbus, St. Clairsville, Ohio, and Wheeling, West Virginia.”
