Defamation Payment to the Duke of Sussex (Prince Harry), and Open Court Statement

As noted on Monday, it seems there are more and more strategic defamation suits against media in the US. Perhaps the trend includes the UK? One can wonder based on this new article regarding Prince Harry receiving a damages payment for defamation. Of greater note, the Duke struct back with a now published statement in open court after the offending media (the Mail) essentially buried the news and its apology.
