US Remains Stuck in the Past on Ownership of Law Firms

Outside the US, some law firms have been doing IPOs since 2007. But in the US, things remain stuck in the past. A new opinion knocks down efforts to allow non-lawyer owners of law firms. Bloomberg has the story, here.
