Ralph Nader’s Museum of Tort Law

A museum of tort law ? Really ? Yes, says Insurance Opinions author Randy Maniloff, describing Ralph Nader’s plans as described in Mr. Maniloff’s conversation/interview of Ralph Nader.

Actually, the museum does sounds interesting. According to Mr. Maniloff’s article, the museum will include sections focused on cars safety. That makes sense because there certainly are reasons to believe that tort litigation and discovery ultimately were part of the dramatic improvement in the safety of cars between the 1960s and today.

What would you put in the museum?
