Today, a bit of a deviation from the usual. Letters of Note is an interesting, occasional blog that publishes letters on a wide range of topics; some are by famous people and others not so famous. A recent post presents a letter written by miners to their loved ones shortly before they died in a 1902 disaster in Tennessee. It’s well worth reading for the human experience. After that, perhaps think about what you would do with the letter if you were the plaintiff or defense lawyer in a wrongful death case.
