How Far Can or Should Defense Lawyers Go

Torts involving repeat circumstances create some unique challenges for lawyers. One frequent question boils down to the famous Watergate inquiry: who knew it, and when? The questions can take on new meaning when lawyers are involved in answering discovery requests in sexual abuse cover-up cases.
