Class Action Suit Filed Over Robocalls for Yasmine Litigation

Happy Friday – here’s a story with irony that can be enjoyed by all sides to mass tort and class action litigation. The Madison County Record has a story on a new class action filed AGAINST groups making robocalls to try to generate Yasmine litigation. How great is that ? Mass tort claiming leads to its own class action against persons fomenting mass tort claiming. One suspects that Yasmine sellers are in favor of this class action.
