Asbestos Claiming in Japan – Government Held Liable But Not Private Industry, It Appears

Published reports from non-partisan media say that the Japanese government was held liable to hundreds of persons exposed to asbestos through a December 25, 2013 decision, but private industry was held not liable. Laurie Kazan-Allen also has a brief story. Presumably more specifics will follow.
