The TortsProf Blog has an interesting post arising out of a law firm client threatening to pull business from the firm unless the firm caused a lawyer to cut a deal with the client. The lawyer refused and then sues for tortious interference. The TortsProf blog covers a lawyer-favorable ruling from an appellate court.
