A belated note to mark the death of David Austern, of pancreatic cancer. David was a legal giant in the world of asbestos litigation, and in other areas. David also was a very good person, a marvelous speaker and a master of data and facts on things asbestos. Time and again, David was by far the most informative and precise speaker at asbestos litigation conferences, and in court.
