The Finance Industry is Good for the Big Law Litigation Industry

According to a story yesterday, Goldman Sachs now has a $3.7 billion reserve for legal fees and settlements.  The finance industry is very good for big law in NY, and elsewhere. Imagine where it might be without the financial fiascos of the 2000s, and the continuing fall out in regulation and litigation.
