London Police Blow Up Car and Ticket the Owner – Wait Until Chicago’s Mayor Hears About

Courtesy of Bruce Carton at law.com, I learned of this story of the London police blowing up a temporarily abandoned stalled car and then ticketing the owner. Chicagoans already fear the boot in its many uses, and soon we will have video cameras to issue (lucrative) speeding tickets. Imagine what the Rahminator may do when he learns about London’s more extreme tactic.
