Part of the future of asbestos litigation will be defined on the 7th. The Kesner and Haver “take home” cases will be argued on the 7th at 9:00 am (Pacific) in the California Supreme Court.  The briefs are online at the court. For those who want to watch/listen, the court now provides a live stream of arguments, and some limited archiving.

According to the Court:

“The webcast can be accessed through website buttons posted at the time of oral argument on the California Courts website (the home page, the court’s home page and calendar page). There will be buttons that link to the live video stream and the captioning in English and Spanish.”
