Morrison pushed many financial cases out of the US, and now a logical consequence is evolving as financial litigation specialists create a litigation networking group focused on financial litigation. Specifically, the Financial Times brings word of a newly founded International Financial Litigation Network. LAW360 also covered the story. The international group includes several plaintiff’s firms, and vows to engage in lobbying and meetings about best practices.
