Harris Martin’s Benzene Conference – Genomics, Other Molecular Biology and Law

Genomics and other aspects of molecular biology will be a primary topic at the December 11 and 12, 2014 Benzene litigation conference hosted by HarrisMartin in New Orleans.   The panels will include Howard Jarvis, who truly is a leader in bringing genomics into toxic tort litigation, as evidenced  by obtaining a recent order for genomic testing – see here.

The conference agenda includes the following two science focused panels focused, with one panel composed of lawyers from all sides, including me. The second panel is pure science, and  is very much worth hearing – the ArrayXpress team “gets” the relationship between molecular analysis and toxic torts.
