Clever Advertising by Plaintiff’s Lawyers But Then It Goes South

I missed it then, but back in 2010, the NYT focused an article on some clever, humorous advertising by some plaintiff’s personal injury lawyers in New York. The ads are pretty humorous and well done. Now, however, the ads and the firm are back in the news because the actress in one ad is suing the plaintiff’s lawyers for breaching their agreement on payment for her services.

I wonder how the spokesperson found her current lawyers?
