Benzene Trial Goes Genomic – Now a Genomic Focused Seminar Is on The Horizon

Sometimes it’s good to think about new things, so this week included attending a benzene litigation conference. One lesson learned from the conference is that a recent benzene trial involved the defense presenting significant genomic evidence to counter plaintiff’s causation claim. The defense won. Now, the defense-side inside counsel and trial team will lead an October 29 seminar on the subject. The conference title is: Litigation Conference: Genetic, Genomic and DNA Evidence.
