Asbestos Lung Cancer Claiming – A Focus for ACI’s Chicago Asbestos Conference

ACI’s asbestos litigation conference series includes a Chicago meeting that starts today.  The wide agenda of the conference includes a session on a subject of great concern to most insurers and defendants: lung cancer claiming.  The full agenda and registration are available online.
