Asbestos litigation continues to include fairly frequent arguments and decisions regarding suits against recently dissolved entities. The dissolutions may or may not be legal, and can be adverse for both underlying plaintiffs and co-defendants. Unfortunately, the complaints sometimes are not well pleaded.
