Only in America. The TortsProf Blog kindly highlighted a Slate article on the issues now facing the Missouri Supreme Court in a lawsuit over a mascot tossing a hot dog into the stands, resulting in a detached retina for the unlucky fan hit in the eye by the hot dog.
