Atrazine Cases Produce a Proposed Settlemeent

The Madison County Record has issued a somewhat substantive news bulletin regarding  a $105 million settlement in the Atrazine water-contamination litigation in the Southern District of Illinois. Further specifics will be needed to truly understand the significance of the proposed settlement.
