The article is a brief but illuminating account of current, ongoing competition between multiple securities class action claims brought by different law firms, with some of the litigation financed by professional litigation funders. As a result of the litigation funders, the class claims are not identical, adding a new wrinkle to the mix as to coordination of litigation.
